Mueller EasyFit® Kinesiology Pre-Cut SHOULDER

Designed to help provide support to muscles and joints without limiting the range of motion. Mueller Kinesiology Tape features a revolutionary wave pattern adhesive that moves with your skin and muscles as you heal. Apply it to the skin in patterns to mimic your muscles.

Application/Instructions: Tear all of the perforations, leaving the backing on the tape. 1. Keep the arm relaxed naturally. Peel off the backing of Section 1 and apply along the upper arm. 2. Peel off the backing of Section 2 and apply along the skin with no stretch on the tape. 3. Peel off the backing of the inside of Section 3. Apply along the inside edge of the deltoid with light stretch on the tape. 4. Peel off the backing of the outside of Section 3. Apply along the outside edge of the deltoid with light stretch on the tape. 5. Peel off the backing of Section 4 and press into place. 6. After applying, rub gently over the top of the tape.
